This is a small local place in Cape Canaveral. Their sandwiches are bomb. Crispy bread with tons of flavor inside. I got the chicken sandwich (spicy), it a was perfect. I don’t have to imagine how their Cuban sandwich is going to be. I would definitely go again.

This place is incredible! The restaurant is small with limited dining space. The food is flavorful and delicious. The bread they serve is so soft and good. The salsa is superb. Everything about this place is amazing. Skip out hitting chain food places and check out Vargas!

Great experience! We tried a lot of their food, and everything was excellent. We ordered chicken empanadilla, picadillo empanadilla, black bean soup, croquetas de pollo (chichen croquettes), two sides of maduros (sweet plantain) and two cuban sandwiches. We fell in love with their cuban sandwiches, crispy in the outside, tender in the inside, with their home made pulled pork, among other things. Very good. Very friendly and attentive. It is a small place, but it certainly uses its space to the maximum. There are 4 tables inside that sit 4, and 3 or 4 bar stools, plus one table with two chairs outside. Don't judge the place by their front door. Come in an try them! I bet you will not be disappointed either ♥

Enjoyed a really good Cuban sandwich here. The bread was freshly toasted and tasted like garlic butter. Loved the bright pickles and mustard with the ham, pork and mild Swiss cheese. Service was professional and attentive. Also plenty of AC.
I was working across the street saw the picture of the tacos and that was all I needed to know. If half the people in the hotels find this place. There would be a line down the parking lot because there are not many if any taco options on the island I have seen.
Food and service were great. Atmosphere, not so much. Clean, but no decor.
